All credit card transactions on this website are processed through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Stripe accepts payments with all major credit cards.

Shipping costs:

Tabitha Sowden uses tracked and insured courier delivery and the costs are as follows:

- To Portugal: FREE

- To European countries: €15

- To the rest of the world: €25

Delivery to EU countries normally takes between 2-3 days. Delivery to other destinations will vary. Tracking number and estimated timeframe will be provided prior to shipping your order.

Import duties or taxes for non-EU destinations:

Any import duties or taxes liable for non EU destinations are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Returns:

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order and let us know why. Be sure to include any relevant photos. We will endeavour to find a solution in the form of an exchange or a refund.

Please bear in mind, however, that the cost of return shipping and, in the case of non-EU destinations, any additional import duties incurred will not be refunded unless there is a verifiable error on our part.

The item purchased must be returned unworn, in the same condition it was received and in its original gift box. The item must be properly packed and shipped by a trackable insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
